FURNACE FOR THERMAL TREATMENT
Furnace with steel construction and aluminum covers, ceramic insulation (bricks, plates, wool, pipes), manual door opening and material input, useful space 280x250x380 mm, working temperature up to 950°C (maximum 1100°C), power of 6 kW (400 V), heating elements made of kanthal on 3 sides and the floor, and automatic PID regulation with 30-segment processor.

Heavy, solid design of high-quality vibration-absorbing gray cast iron, oil bath gearbox with ground hardened gears, cooling device, halogen machine lamp with focused beam, solid cross table with T-slots and adjustable pins, milling head with tilt ±45 °, right/left rotation, X-axis with manual or automatic movement, automatic X-axis stop, and height-adjustable protective screen with microswitch for maximum user protection.

Precision machined, powerful maintenance-free motor, heavy prism bed with gray cast iron ribs, inductively hardened and precision ground, smooth running gear in oil bath, hardened and ground Z-axis guide, spindle center less than 0.009mm, chucks smaller of 0.04 mm, automatic longitudinal drive, thread cutting guide or automatic longitudinal turning, four-way tool holder, adjustable V-belt guides, control panel right/left rotation, hardened main spindle in precision P5 quality roller bearings.
