Quality policy

dpm d.o.o is company for design, production and assembly of special machines and different metal products. We use advanced 2D and 3D tools to create digital twins and other innovative solutions for our clients.

The most important commitment in the ISO 9001:2015 quality policy is fulfilling the requirements of users and business partners with its services as well as technical and technological solutions , creating and sustaining recognizable brand.

All employees in "dpm d.o.o" are required to follow way of work in according by ISO 9001:2015, to implement the standard principles and in the same time they have authority and responsibility to improve the way they work and raise the level of quality through their initiatives.

Our strategic goal and vision is to create recognisable brand that will go beyond the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Key to our innovation are constant market monitoring, listening of client needs, searching for improvements on varius processes and products, generating of creative ideas and implementing solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients.
